Anchor Ingredients Donates $20,000 to Sanford Medical Center in Hillsboro through the Sanford Health Foundation

Anchor Ingredients has made a $20,000 donation to the Sanford Health Foundation in Hillsboro, ND. The entirety of the donation will go towards supporting Sanford’s efforts to improve the health and wellbeing of Hillsboro residents and the surrounding communities.

“We are proud to support the Sanford Medical Center in Hillsboro and the work they do to improve the lives of people throughout Traill County,” said Everett Jordan, Director of Operations at Anchor Ingredients, and long-time Hillsboro resident. “At Anchor, we believe in giving back to the communities where we operate, and we’re committed to being a good community partner and making a positive impact wherever we can.”

In addition to this donation, Anchor Ingredients plays a significant role in the local economy by providing 45 full-time jobs between its three specialty crop processing facilities in Hillsboro. These jobs contribute to the growth and stability of the community, offering opportunities for employment and career development.

Recognizing the importance of community involvement, Anchor Ingredients also encourages its employees to give back. Each employee is granted eight hours of paid volunteer time annually to engage in community service activities that are important to them.

The donation from Anchor Ingredients will help the Foundation continue to provide vital support to these programs.
